Thank you for visiting our agency's website. We are an independent insurance agency and welcome your questions, comments and requests for quotes and/or financial services and products.

For prospective clients we have provided many functions including quotes, map instructions, contact information, products offered, and links to other sites. As you can see we are dedicated to personal service and pledge to provide you with as much information as possible about our agency.

Our current customers will enjoy many functions on our site that few other agencies offer. Review our products page and see the many items we offer - then use our quote page so we may provide you with a proposal. Our claims page provides our claim telephone number and a claim form which you can fill out to advise us of a loss. If you need to request a policy change we also have forms available online, although we advise you this acts as a request and does not take effect until notified by the agency or carrier. ID Cards may also be requested.

Agency Compensation Disclosure Statement:

DK Agency highly values their customers and takes pride in the services we provide them.

DK Agency is not obligated to any one insurance company. As such, we are better able than agents who represent only one company to assist you in identifying and securing the combination of coverage, service and price that meets your particular needs.

In most cases, our agency is paid a commission, which is fixed or based on a percentage of the premium that you pay for your policy. With your policy we may be paid the listed commission on our Disclosure Statement if all payments are made in a timely manner and the policy is in force for the entire term.

Additionally, if the overall volume and loss experience of all the policies we write with a particular company warrants it, we may qualify for additional commission or other types of compensation, on a basis determined by the insurance company and paid by them. Any such compensation is factored into the overhead of the insurer and does not otherwise have any impact on the price you pay for insurance.

In addition to a fee that we may charge you, which will be disclosed to you prior to binding coverage, and to which you have given your consent, we also may receive compensation from the insurance company in the form of a sales commission or incentive compensation, both described generally above. Solely insurance companies, in the manner previously described, compensate us. However, we may charge you fee(s) for other professional services including but not limited to payments, policy changes, Certificates, MVRs, reinstatement, cancellation prior to the expiration, etc. that you ask us to perform, relating to and inclusive of this policy. Fee(s) for professional services may apply to all future renewals, continuations and changes in the policy. Please note fee(s) for professional services are fully earned and non-refundable.

By signing the Agency Compensation Disclosure Statement our client agrees to the terms described herein. For additional information on the nature or amount of our compensation or our services, please inquire.

Note: A Binder or Policy Number is not typically assigned until after coverage is bound. The Binder or Policy Number assigned to the policy is hereby incorporated when it becomes available.
